Yes, we want our beef to be healthy so we never add hormones or steroids to our cattle.

We do not deliver or ship. At this time, we only offer pickup at our Claypool farm.

For regular orders: After your order is placed, you can select your pickup day and time. Pickup slots are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm-7pm and Saturdays from 9am-12pm. If you need a different time, just select other and give us a call.

For whole, 1/2 or 1/4 beef orders: Once you place your order, we will follow up with a phone call and get you connected with the butcher. It usually is a two week process unless we are backed up. Sometimes we are backed up months for full beef orders.

We know our beef! But we realize that not everyone is a master of every beef cut. Give us a call and we'd be happy to help you learn more about each cut and the best ways to cook the meat! And if we don't know, we will connect you to our processor.

There are no minimums! You can buy 1 lb. of beef or a whole animal. We will communicate with you if there is a delay based on a backup of orders.

All our meat is packaged fresh and by hand and then frozen to be ready for pick up. Come with a cooler for pickup so your meat stays fresh!

For regular orders, it will be ready right away. We do request that you select a pickup day and time when ordering. Pickup times are Tuesdays or Thursdays from 4pm-7pm and Saturdays from 9am-12pm. Additional times can be requested if needed.

For whole, 1/2 or 1/4 beef orders, timing is dependent on our current orders. Please check our Ordering Windows page or give us a call!

For a 1/4 of freezer beef, we suggest enough room for two laundry baskets full.
