Our family is not your ordinary beef producer. We are not in the business of pushing our cattle through the feeding cycle at all cost. Our cattle are fed and cared for with forages and grain throughout the whole process. Our beef will be healthier than anything you can buy at the supermarket. Our beef is dry aged for 2 weeks before the company processes. We know this creates a tenderness that is unsurpassed and produces a steak and beef that is a superior product.
